Artgym Group has launched as a single brand, bringing together Artgym, Sanctus Coaching and PushFar to create an integrated, technology-enabled people development business.
Following the combination of the three businesses last November, the group brings together expertise in people transformation, coaching and mentoring technology under a shared Mindset + Practice = Results (M+P=R) methodology.
The ambition is to help organisations turn insight and strategy into sustained changes in how people think, lead and behave at work – addressing a longstanding challenge in people development.
As Dr. Eugene Hughes, CEO of Artgym Group, explains:
“The challenge isn’t a shortage of frameworks or insight. It’s having a reliable mechanism to turn them into consistent changes in how people lead and behave. That is what Artgym Group exists to do.”
The combined proposition spans five areas:
- Coaching
- Mentoring
- Enterprise learning
- Leadership excellence
- Culture transformation
The model is already demonstrating its potential. In one recent enterprise relaunch, connecting mentoring with an existing leadership and culture programme increased participation by 200%, while mentors and mentees grew by 60% in just four weeks.
PushFar retains its established name as PushFar, part of Artgym Group, while the Sanctus brand has been retired and its coaching expertise integrated into the wider group.
Today, Artgym Group operates across 40 countries and 13 languages, with more than 100 certified practitioners, supporting organisations including adidas, AXA, Centrica, Criteo, GlobalLogic, Hyperoptic, Kering, Nissan and Rexel.
The launch marks an important milestone in the group’s evolution and its ambition to build a differentiated, end-to-end platform for organisational and individual development.
