Business Situation
Kapow was an idea born out of another investment and spun off as a stand-alone entity with a new product developed from scratch and a new team recruited to focus on it.
The Journey
Selling subscriptions to schools, we have gone from scratch to over 6000 schools and many thousands of teachers using the platform to save them time and increase the quality of their teaching in less familiar specialist subjects like computing, design, art, music and languages.
After 6 successful years, we sold Kapow to a UK Family Office, who have co-invested with the current management team to continue their growth journey.
