Business Situation

Kooth was a successful, emerging market leader in digital mental health with a great heritage. The founder felt she needed support and a new owner and partner to take on the business and scale it to the next stage.

Kooth provides a comprehensive digital mental health platform to children, students and adults through the NHS, through corporate clients and through partners and affiliates.

The Journey

We quickly saw that Kooth was a special company with the potential to change the face of mental health. Having got to know the team, the business and the market, we provided the methodology and experience to support and fund the scaling from £1 million revenue to over £12 million and Kooth has gone from strength to strength, growing consistently at more than 40% per year, resulting in an IPO during the covid lockdown of 2020.
