Business Situation
Sanctus, founded in 2016, provides employees of companies small and large with access to bookable, hour-long coaching and mentoring sessions with a dedicated life-coach. These sessions are delivered both in-person and virtually.
Since 2016, Sanctus has developed a recognised brand, winning and retaining a number of blue-chip clients including Red Bull, Octopus and Boston Consulting Group. In 2021 alone, Sanctus delivered over 9,000 1-2-1 coaching sessions.
Following 2 consecutive years of record growth, the team recognised that it was time to scale-up.
